Up to 2 reptiles , 999 service animals , 999 assistance animal - cats , 999 assistance animal - dogs , 2 small pets , 2 birds , 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.

Pet Types
Guidelines
All pets and animals must be approved in writing before residing in the community. An additional deposit and monthly pet rent will apply to all approved pets. Assistance Animals are not considered pets; however, they are subject to separate criteria and require additional review and approval. Pet rent and deposit will apply until the request for an Assistance Animal request has been reviewed. A $500 deposit applies to the first pet, and a $300 deposit applies to the second.
Criteria
A unit may have up to two (2) pets, including any combination of the following: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians, Arachnids, and Small Mammals (such as rabbits and guinea pigs). Dog (s) may not exceed 70 lbs. at maturity. Restricted dog breeds and breed mixes must be verified with veterinary records. Exotic pets, exotic reptiles and dog(s) of pure breed or mixed breed(s) of any of the following are restricted: Afghan Hound, Akita, Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji, Basset Hound, Belington Terrier, Bernese, Bloodhound, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Fox Hound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Keeshond, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull including other breeds of the Pit Bull Family such as Pit Bull Terrier, Pointer, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Saluki, Weimaraner.
